• PERSONALIZED VIDEO TUTORIALS recorded using your newly configured Dubsado account so you can skip the learning curve and start using your system now. You can also hand these videos off to your VA for easy training!
  

• 30-DAYS SUPPORT VIA VOXER AND EMAIL to make sure you feel confident inside your new system.

THE PROCESS

1. BOOK YOUR FREE 30-MINUTE CONSULT
   During this informal session we will review your overall Dubsado goals, what you already have setup, and what else needs to be created. We’ll also make sure we’re a perfect fit for working together!
   

2. LET’S MAKE IT OFFICIAL
   If we’re a great fit to work together, we’ll take it to the next level. I’ll send over a proposal from Dubsado so you can select your package, sign your contract, and submit your deposit! Plus you’ll get to see the system in action 😉
   

3. COMPLETE YOUR PRE-WORK + BOOK YOUR DEEP DIVE
   Get started on your Processes Pre-Work using my handy template. Once your Pre-Work is complete, you’ll book your 2-hour Workflow Strategy Deep Dive.
   

4. SIT BACK WHILE THE MAGIC HAPPENS
   No more searching the Dubsado community for tips and advice. Within two weeks from our Workflow Strategy Deep Dive, your Dubsado account will be up and running!
   

5. SCHEDULE YOUR ACCOUNT REVIEW SESSION
   We’ll meet for a 1-hour Account Review so you can see all of your offerings, forms, and workflows in action. During this time we will make any necessary adjustments so everything is working exactly how you want it.
   

6. GET BACK TO SERVING YOUR CLIENTS
   Now that your Dubsado account is fully configured and your processes have been automated, you can get back to working in your zone of genius.
